OnMobile Global has appointed François-Charles Sirois as non-executive chairman.
Sirois, who was named on the board on June 26, replaces HH Haight who served as the OnMobile’s chairman during 7 December 2011 – 20 August, 2014.
Sirois is currently the president and chief executive officer of Telesystem, a media and technology holding. He is also the president and CEO of OnMobile Systems, the largest shareholder of the company.
