Comptel CEO Juhani Hintikka said the company has received a major order – valued at 2.3 million euro or $2.45 million — from an Indian customer.

Comptel in a statement said that contract from a telecom operator in India comprises FlowOne Fulfillment licenses and related services. Comptel did not reveal the name of the client in India.

“This deal will help our customer to operate efficiently and increase agility on the end user service offering. It provides superior time to market on launching new services and a unified, highly scalable solution for any business vertical such as B2B, B2C and wholesale,” said Juhani Hintikka, CEO of Comptel.

Telecom equipment major Nokia is in the process of buying a controlling stake in Comptel to expand its telecom software offerings.
