Gabon Telecom implements CSG solution

CSG International has announced Gabon Telecom is in production with CSG’s Wholesale Business Management Solution.

Gabon Telecom is owned by Morocco’s Maroc Telecom.

Gabon modernizes whole billing operations with CSG’s Interconnect and Intermediate solutions which supports both wireless and wireline business.

According to Gabon Telecom it was first operator in Central Africa to launch LTE and modernizes its network as well as modernizes network traffic.

CSG supports the operations of the telecom provider in Gabon and offers best in class solution globally coupled with local support.

Company said CSG supports the wholesale operations and business strategies of Maroc Telecom throughout Africa and Gabon Telecom is the 10th operating company in the Maroc Telecom Group to standardize on CSG solutions.

“With the CSG solution we are able to control our wholesale process from end-to-end, correctly capturing data records, accurately invoicing our partners, and shortening the time to settlement,” said  Bernard Mbangangoye, Directeur International et Interconnexion, Gabon Telecom.

Few days ago, CSG Systems International extended its relation with Charter Communications to provide residential billing and customer care services through December 31, 2019.

In March 2015, Eastlink deployed CSG Ascendon to further strengthen the consumer viewing experience and enables to launch, scale and monetize new digital services such as movies, games, home security and over-the-top offerings

In February, Chorus, New Zealand’s telecommunications infrastructure company selected CSG Singleview to support its wholesale operations.
