Sony Ericsson and Reliance 3G to offer W8 Walkman phone


Sony
Ericsson announced the launch of its W8 Walkman phone in India. Sony Ericsson
has partnered with Reliance Communications to make available the W8 through an
innovative offer – ‘100 percent money back’ – that will be available on the
Reliance 3G network to all mobile customers.


This
is the world’s first Walkman Smartphone that combines Walkman and the Android
world through a four corner user interface device. The W8 Walkman has the FM
Moment and Share Moment applications.


Customers
get to access over 50 songs and above 12 videos pre-loaded on the phone for
free.  Additionally, customers are also benefited with a free Reliance 3G
SIM with deep discounts on pre-paid offers for 12 months and 100 percent money
back on post-paid offers over a period of 24 months.
