Indian service provider selects CallidusCloud sales performance management enterprise suite

Telecom Lead India: Callidus Software, a provider of
cloud computing, has entered into an agreement with a leading Indian telecom
service provider to provide its CallidusCloud Sales Performance Management
Enterprise suite.

 

The CallidusCloud Sales Performance Management Enterprise
suite will help the service provider to drive increased sales effectiveness
across its extensive dealer circles. The agreement was signed in the first
quarter of 2012.

 

The company will implement the CallidusCloud Sales Performance Management Enterprise
suite to streamline its dealer sales management life cycle, from onboarding,
target setting, budget allocation, trade scheme deployment, to performance tracking
and dispute resolution.

 

Callidus Software said that this is the second major
Indian telecom service provider to select CallidusCloud for its sales
effectiveness initiatives in the recent past, following Tata
Communications in Q3 2011.

 

The Sales Performance Management suite, part of the
CallidusCloud Sales Effectiveness Cloud, helps companies maximize their
sales and channel performance with targeted commissions and rewards.

 

The solution enables the deployment of the right mix of
commissions, key sales objectives and Management by Objective (MBO) programs,
and SPIFFs to dramatically improve sales execution in a short period of time.

 

Furthermore, it drives market agility with rapid
go-to-market and mid-period coverage and incentive adjustments. Also, the
solution consolidates all sales results data in a single platform with real
time web and mobile access to deliver superior visibility into operations and
financial performance

 

The Sales Effectiveness Cloud is delivered as part of
the CallidusCloud suite, amulti-tenant SaaS infrastructure that includes
the Hiring Cloud, the Marketing Cloud, the Sales Effectiveness Cloud and the
Learning Cloud.

 

Telefonica Germany selects Callidus sales coaching SaaS
solution to drive sales performance

 

Last year, Callidus Software-s ForceLogix Sales Coaching
solution was selected by Telefonica Germany Online Services, subsidiary of
Telefonica.

 

Callidus ForceLogix Sales Coaching solutions will help
Telefonica to manage the development needs of its sales organization in Germany
