Vodafone 4G reaches more towns in Karnataka by adding 5,400 sites

vodafone-4g-network-indiaVodafone India has deployed 5,400 plus new cell sites to expand 4G services to 800 plus towns in the Karnataka state.

Vodafone has 7.78 million subscribers in 11,000 plus towns in Karnataka. Vodafone India also has 650 plus retail stores in Karnataka. Vodafone Group is currently in the process of merging its India telecom business with Idea Cellular.

Vodafone 4G is available major towns of Mysuru, Bengaluru, Mangalore, Belgaum, Hubli- Dharwad, Bellary, Udupi, Shimoga, Bidar, Hassan, Hospet, Davangere, Chitradurga, Gulbarga, Raichur, Tumkur, Bhadravati, Gadag-Betigere,  Bijapur and more.

Over the past year, Vodafone has invested over Rs 1,200 crore on ramping up network, setting up 5,400 + additional sites across 800 + towns and ensuring all 3G sites are enhanced to 4G technology.
