Lead Team: Glowpoint, a global provider of cloud managed video services,
announced that Technical Innovation, a video-centric communications solution
provider, has added Glowpoint’s cloud managed video services to its portfolio.
Technical
Innovation will offer Glowpoint’s services to its telepresence and
videoconferencing customers, including remote monitoring and management
services, the Virtual Video Room (VVR), video bridging, and
business-to-business exchange services.

managed services for video, delivered from their OpenVideo cloud. Our customers

professional organizations. Glowpoint and Technical Innovation will focus on
opportunities in TI’s primary markets, starting with their Enterprise Fortune
1000 clients.
