Tempest’s 4G Site Ready program, which assists carriers with base station site preparedness planning and implementation services for 4G rollout, includes a full menu of services and products; Turnkey Microwave and Optical Backhaul Engineering, Installation, Capacity Upgrade & Maintenance; Fiber Connectivity Prep; eNodeB Installation; Router Installation; Power and HVAC Audit, Upgrade; and 4G RF Services which include PIM & sweep testing, antenna additions, and replacements and sharing.
The 4G Site Ready program further assists the rural cellular carriers with quicker access to a wide selection of 700MHz RF products: filters, antennas, combiners, duplexers, diplexers, repeaters and power amplifiers; an inventory of OEM products: fiber, microwave, transport and ancillary; and custom 4G racking products: racks, fuse panels, DSX panels, fiber panels, wiring, cabinets and enclosures; to quickly facilitate the expansion to 4G.
