entered into a partnership with Newzstreet Broadcast Services (NBS).

The agreement allows Zenga to partner for all content
created by NBS News (Newzstreet) to be made available on Zenga web and mobile
TV platform.

Zenga will also power all the newzstreet content with
streaming technologies of Zenga for all digital medium across mobile phones,
tablets and computers on the web. Zenga TV has thus moved forward in its aim to
offer credible information packed content to viewers across the board.
