Michael Parker Appointed EVP, President – Business Services: Michael Parker, with over two decades of experience at Comcast in varied leadership roles, steps into the role of Executive Vice President and President of Business Services at Optimum. His extensive background includes steering Comcast into new market segments, geographical expansions, and strategic planning across multiple regions, managing business units with multi-billion-dollar revenues and overseeing sizable workforces.

David Williams Promoted to EVP, President – Consumer Services: David Williams, previously serving as Chief Revenue Officer since early 2023, now takes on an expanded role as Executive Vice President and President of Consumer Services. With a tenure spanning over 20 years at Comcast, including his recent role as Chief Marketing Officer for the largest cable division, Williams brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and strategic leadership to drive Optimum’s residential business forward.

Leroy Williams Assumes Role of EVP, Chief Growth & Innovation Officer: Leroy Williams, previously the Chief Growth Officer, is now tasked with spearheading growth and innovation efforts at Optimum. His focus lies in fortifying and expanding Optimum’s product portfolio for both consumer and business segments, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering strategic relationships with key external partners to drive innovation.
