Dubai Bank implements Newgen’s solution to enhance customer satisfaction

 

Newgen Software, a Business Process Management (BPM) and
Enterprise Content Management (ECM), announced the implementation of its Omni
Output Management System (02MS) at Dubai Bank, a Sharia’a compliant bank in the
Middle East.

 

This implementation will help in managing cross channel
communications between the bank and its customers.

 

The e-statement solution is a complete Output Management
System that generates electronic statements at par with their physical
equivalent. The O2MS solution streamlines and standardizes the entire process
of statement creation and publishing of variable data for distribution.

 

Through the e-statement initiative, Dubai Bank now
provides our customers with a consolidated statement which reflects all account
relationships in a convenient, secure and timely manner. This initiative is
also in line with our drive to be less paper dependent and more eco-friendly,”
