Meir Barav resigns from Cellcom Israel

Cellcom Israel announced that Meir Barav has resigned from the company as its
sales and services vice president, after seven years of successful and
extensive tenure.

Barav will continue to serve in office until his successor is appointed and
assumes his responsibilities.

Amos Shapira, CEO of Cellcom Israel has thanked Meir
Barav on behalf of the employees, management, board of directors and
shareholders of the company for his contribution to the company and added that
Meir Barav led thousands of employees in providing quality services to the company’s
customers, daily, within the highly competitive and dynamic Israeli
telecommunications market.

Barav’s success is best demonstrated in consumer organizations reports
indicating the Cellcom Israel’s higher quality services as compared to its
competitors and in the simple fact that over the last years, more customers
choose the company.

Cellcom Israel provides its 3.391 million subscribers with a range of services
including cellular and landline telephony, roaming services for tourists in Israel and for its subscribers abroad and additional
services in the areas of music, video, mobile office etc.

The company operates an HSPA 3.5 Generation network enabling high speed
broadband multimedia services, in addition to GSM/GPRS/EDGE and TDMA networks.
Cellcom Israel offers Israel‘s broadest and
largest customer service infrastructure including telephone customer service
centers, retail stores, and service and sale centers, distributed nationwide.
