RADCOM bags $2 million order from South American mobile operator

RADCOM announced that a major global telecommunications
operator selected RADCOM to monitor their cellular networks. This order is
valued at more than  $2 million.

This operator chose RADCOM’s Omni-Q to
monitor all of their cellular networks in this country, including GSM, GPRS and
UMTS. They selected RADCOM’s solution due to its comprehensive offering which
is capable of providing them with one solution for all technologies on their
network.

Furthermore, the wide set of applications for roaming
analysis, interconnection management and handset performance benchmarking, as well as the capability to optimize the radio
interface were all key features for this operator.

“This order is an important achievement which
confirms every element of our strategy – especially the market’s growing need
for service assurance solutions, the recognized superiority of RADCOM’s
solutions, and the significant potential for sales of our systems,” said Ronen
Hovav, VP sales global accounts, RADCOM.

It demonstrates the strong position of RADCOM’s Service
Assurance solution in the global market in general, and in Latin America in
particular. We believe that by using RADCOM’s OmniQ system, this operator will
be able to improve its network and service quality, hence increasing its
revenues and reducing operational costs,” Hovav added.
