Aspect completes acquisition of Corsidian of Brazil

 

Aspect, a provider of customer contact and Microsoft
platform solutions, announced the closing of its acquisition of the Corsidian
businesses in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Puerto Rico.

 

The acquisition of Corsidian, a customer contact
solutions provider in the Latin American (LATAM) region with approximately 100
employees, supports Aspect’s commitment to strategic growth in the LATAM
region.

 

The acquisition builds upon a successful channel partner
relationship of more than 10 years with Corsidian and helps Aspect meet the
rising demand for customer contact solutions in the LATAM region.

 

With the completion of the acquisition, Aspect has
immediately increased its direct presence in the region, enabling greater
responsiveness to customers in this growing market segment.

 

Corsidian’s extensive experiences in selling and
deploying Aspect solutions, and its intimate knowledge of customer needs within
the LATAM market, enable Aspect to bring more resources to bear to support its
customer service, collections, and sales and telemarketing solutions across the
region.

 

The local presence is also expected to allow Aspect, in collaboration with Microsoft, to more effectively connect the contact
center with the rest of the enterprise with unified communications and
collaboration capabilities.

 

Aspect’s expanded presence will allow the company to
capitalize on developing market opportunities while delivering market-leading
solutions that will help to streamline operations while helping its LATAM
customers meet the needs of a new generation of social media-savvy, mobile
consumers.
