Huawei showcases ICT products at channel meet in Mumbai

Telecom Lead India: Huawei, a global
information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, has
showcased its ICT products & ICT capabilities to its set of channel
partners at its recently held channel meet in Mumbai on 19 April
2012.

 

This channel meet was organized as part of Huawei’s ongoing Huawei Enterprise Roadshow 2012″.

 

The company said that the meet was organized with
the approach toward going along with the channel community and
creating unique ICT solutions driven opportunities for the
Indian enterprise segment.

 

We are a completely channel oriented organization and we
firmly believe that channel partners need to be strengthen, so that they can
realize the full potential of the enterprise market. The enterprise business in
India is poised for growth and associated IT applications are undergoing
radical changes. Huawei is focusing on providing information and communication
technology solutions (ICT solutions) for sectors such as transport, energy,
telecom, finance and we will be going hand-in-hand with our channel partners to
address specific requirements of these sectors,” said Eric Yu, President,

Huawei Enterprise has also announced Training
& Certification Program for Channel Partners” during its channel meet in
Mumbai.

 

Speaking about the importance of channel partners for
Huawei Enterprise, Gaurav Mohan, VP channels and head of Mumbai Region,
Huawei Enterprise said that the channel partner community holds the key for
Huawei’s success.

 

He added that success of Huawei Enterprise depends
completely on the way channel community is able to perform in the enterprise
space. These specialized training modules will deliver focused product and
solution driven training to the channel community.

 

Huawei Enterprise launches new products targeting more
marketshare

 

Recently, Huawei launched multiple enterprise products at
CeBIT 2012. The new products will assist the Chinese gear maker to increase
revenue from enterprise business. Huawei Enterprise global sales contracts
totaled $3.8 billion in 2011, up from $2 billion in 2010.
