iSYS bags order from County of Riverside for wireless telecom bill auditing

 

WidePoint, a provider of wireless mobility management and
cyber security solutions, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, iSYS has
been awarded a new contract to provide wireless telecom bill auditing and costs
reduction services to be provided under iSYS’s telecom expense management
services to the County of Riverside, California.

 

iSYS will provide a comprehensive telecom expense
management solution to the County. Initially, iSYS will perform a county-wide
telecom services bill audit to analyze the County’s current inventory of
wireless assets and services for the purpose of reducing overall costs to the
County in order to optimize services and maximize the County’s return on
investment.

 

The audit will analyze current and past bills, optimize
current services, reduce cost of current plans and obtain refunds and credits
from carriers for previous overcharging.
