BT has welcomed iSoftStone, a
China-based IT services provider, as a shareholder in
MDCL-Frontline, BT’s main delivery arm for the provision of IT infrastructure
services to its customers in China.
BT is the largest shareholder of MDCL-Frontline with a
47.5 percent holding, which remains unchanged.

will further strengthen MDCL-Frontline’s position as a leading end-to-end IT
services provider to its Chinese clients and global clients in China,” said TW

With 150 engineers located in 21 cities in China, MDCL-Frontline
has established as a premier IT services provider that specializes in IT system
integration and infrastructure development, encompassing networking, servers,
data storage and data centres. Its clients include large enterprises in China’s

MDCL-Frontline has become the preferred service provider
for BT in China. With this investment, iSoftStone and MDCL-Frontline hope to
leverage each other’s strengths and collaborate on strategic initiatives like
smart city, healthcare, Internet of Things, and Cloud Computing.
