completed the acquisition of Temp-Flex Cable that designs and manufactures
specialty wire and cable products.

Temp-Flex Cable offers technological solutions for the
medical, aerospace, military, computer, electronics, test and measurement and
industrial markets.

This strategic acquisition will give Molex access to
development and manufacturing expertise for specialty wire and cable products
that will expand its high performance cable assembly business.
