Ozonetel Systems unveils cloud telephony solution CPBX in India

Ozonetel
Systems, a provider of cloud telephony technology in India,
has launched CPBX.

The cloud telephony
solution is aimed at the SMB segment. The newly launched CPBX will bridge a
significant gap in the way business communication materializes with the
customer over voice supported by SMS/Social Media.

CPBX enables the
business to have a professional presence to its customers when they call, and
efficiently route the call to appropriate person without any dependency on
human element. Online, email/SMS based reports and alerts gives immediate
return on invest for the business owner as he is able to track sales leads and
customer support issues in real time and more over the system is future ready
as its integrated with social media sites like Twitter and Facebook to track
customer feedback.

Ozonetel has
aggressive plans to distribute CPBX service across India through channel
network strategy.

NASSCOM will help
build an ecosystem for the product industry in India. Nasscom can bring the
industry together, help companies with areas like mentoring and market access,
and also assist with policy advocacy. SMBs in the future may contribute $700 billion
to the GDP and even if 2 per cent could be tapped by Indian product companies,
it would still be a big amount for product companies from India.

Also, there has been
a stupendous increase in number of product firms from tier-II and tier-III
cities. It has almost doubled in the last three years and currently stands at
330 companies,” said Sharad Sharma, co-chair, NASSCOM Product Forum.

Ozonetel found
SMB/SMEs having mobile and distributed work force handling sales and service
calls over voice. Business owners are having a need for a business phone system
which can handle the customer calls promptly and efficiently by the employee
regardless of their location and are also looking for the ability to track the
sales/service calls, unanswered call alerts through real time online reports
and SMS/email,” said CSN Murthy, founder and CEO, Ozonetel Systems.

Besides they are
also expecting the system to scale as his/her business grows across India
without incurring huge capital expenditure. We found an opportunity to come out
with CPBX addressing all these pain points and more as a Do-It-Yourself online
product,” Murthy added.
