PaymentOne in pact with Telefonica Germany for direct mobile payments

 

PaymentOne Corporation, a provider of frictionless
payment and carrier billing solutions, announced a direct carrier billing
relationship with
Telefonica Germany.

 

The mpass system — driven by Telefonica Germany, Telekom
and Vodafone — enables merchants to accept direct carrier billed payments for
virtual, digital and physical goods.
Telefonica Germany is part of Telefónica
SA, a provider of broadband and mobile services and the second largest carrier
group in the world.

 

PaymentOne’s agreement with Telefonica Germany further
expands our direct international footprint and provides the broadest global
reach and best payout rates to our merchants,” said Brad Singer, executive vice
president of PaymentOne.

 

PaymentOne’s merchant customers can offer TelefonicaGermany subscribers the option to charge services up to 30 euros directly to
their mobile phone carrier bill. The partnership enables one-time transactions,
recurring subscriptions, in-app billing and Web billing.

the new Light Pro tablet which combines Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity with
impressive multimedia capabilities at an appealing price.

 

Movistar will sell the Light Pro tablets exclusively in
Spain from May for between 0 and 19 euros for individuals and 0 and 119 euros
for businesses, with contract, making modern tablet computing available to all
its consumer and business customers.
