Subex revenue up 5% at $26.05 million in Q3 FY12

a global provider of Business Support Systems (BSS) for
communications service providers, has reported net consolidated revenue of Rs
1328.69 million ($26.05 million) for the third quarter of FY12, up
from Rs 1267.72 million ($24.86 million) in FY11 Q3.

 

The company’s
net profit grew at Rs 285.38 million ($5.60 million) up from Rs 240.41
million ($4.71 million) in FY11 Q3.

The product
revenue for the company stood at Rs 1187.29 million ($23.28
million) contributing to 89.36 percent of the consolidated revenue.

The company
also reported that its order intake for the continuing product business grew
15.5 percent at $23.1 million up from $20 million in FY11 Q3.

The company posted
a product EBITDA of Rs 439.76 million ($8.02 million) while
the consolidated EBITDA for the period grew by 
15 percent sequentially to Rs 443.83 million ($8.70 million) as compared to Rs 386.63
million ($7.58 million) in Q3 of FY 2011.

have a good market share in Business Optimization space and the increasing
uptake for our industry leading Revenue Operations Center (ROC) and Managed
Services offering is proof of the same,” said Subash Menon, founder chairman,
managing director and CEO of Subex.

Recently, Subex launched a new release of its Revenue Operations Centre (ROC) Fraud Management
solution. Its new 7.4 version of ROC Fraud Management solution introduces
inline controls for preventing subscription fraud, transaction fraud and
equipment loss at point of sale.
