Virgin Mobile Latin America has deployed Razorsight advanced analytics solution in telecom markets Chile, Colombia and Mexico to support its expansion.

Razorsight’s analytics will power targeted marketing campaigns and assist in its delivery of customer service. This apart, Razorsight’s products will deliver a predictive applications suite that allows Virgin Mobile to gain data-driven insights into operations and customer sentiment metrics across its user base.
