company RevMobile.

“RevMobile brings significant value and expansion to
CellTrust’s leading mobile marketing department, with its highly scalable
campaign infrastructure, as well as a seasoned mobile team,”
said Sean Moshir, CEO and chairman of CellTrust.

Through the acquisition, CellTrust will expand mobile
marketing platform to include RevMobile’s products including the VMarketer
white label marketing platform, which enables marketing and advertising
agencies to build and run highly-scalable, complete email and text message
marketing campaigns.

The company said that it is well positioned to deliver
scalable, turnkey campaigns – from strategy, to programming and reporting – to
marketers and advertisers due to its expanded mobile marketing capabilities.
