Turkcell launches Turkey’s first Connected Car Platform

Telecom service provider Turkcell today announced the launch of Turkey’s first Connected Car Platform that connects the car and its driver to mobile internet and location-based services.

Turkcell’s Connected Car Platform will be available in select Subaru and Volvo models in Turkey from 1 August.

The platform will enable the driver to access vital information and entertainment under three categories: Navigation, Internet and Roadside Assistance.

Selen Kocabas, chief corporate business officer of Turkcell and Yigit Kulabas, chief corporate marketing officer, Turkcell announced the launch today.
