Sony launches Xperia sola in India

Telecom Lead India: Smartphone major Sony Mobile
Communications has launched Xperia sola, an Android powered Xperia
smartphone. It will be available in India in second quarter.

 

Xperia sola features two NFC Xperia SmartTags, Wi-Fi,
Google news and weather apps. Xperia sola supports NFC pairing, allowing user
to enjoy great connectivity with other NFC smartphones, applications and
services by tapping their smartphones together.

Sony Ericsson ties up with Aircel to offer 3G bundled schemes
for Live with Walkman

 

Recently, Sony Ericsson India launched Live with Walkman,
an Android smartphone. Smartphone major has tied up with telecom service
provider Aircel to offer innovative schemes.

 

On a recharge of Rs 295 per month, Aircel 3G users can
enjoy the benefits of 500 local minutes of calling (Aircel to Aircel), 1000 SMS
(local and national), and download of 2050 MB. Those in the Aircel 2G circle
will enjoy 600 local minutes of calling (from Aircel to all operators), and the
same SMS and data benefits that the 3G users get.
