Toshiba unveils new IP business telephone systems

 

Toshiba America Information Systems Telecommunication
Systems Division announced its new IP5531-SDL IP telephone, a new addition to
its Toshiba IP5000-series business telephones.

 

The IP5531-SDL IP telephone gives more endpoint choices
to users of Toshiba’s IP
edge IP
business telephone systems. It is compatible with Toshiba’s Strata CIX IP
business communication systems. All of Toshiba’s IP5000-series telephone models
are available nationwide from Authorized Toshiba Dealers.

 

“With the new IP5531-SDL IP telephone, we are
responding to our customers’ demands for a more affordable IP telephone handset
with Fast Ethernet and LCD button labels. When combined with the new IP
edge IP business
telephone systems, our users have a robust yet affordable IP business
communication solution,” said Eric Abing, product manager, Toshiba America Information Systems Telecommunication Systems Division.

 

The IP5531-SDL is a nine-line IP business telephone with
20 programmable buttons, and a 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet connection with a
full-duplex speakerphone.

 

With the new IP5531-SDL model, Toshiba customers now have
nine different IP5000-series telephones from which to choose. Models range from
four- to nine-line telephones, with 10 to 20 flexible buttons, and many have
backlit LCD screens. Models are available with either Gigabit Ethernet or
10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet connection. All models come standard with a PC
interface, headset interface, and Ethernet cable.

 

Toshiba IP5000-series telephones are compatible with the
entire family of IP
edge IP
business telephones as well as Toshiba’s Strata CIX IP business telephone
systems.

 

Recently Toshiba America Electronic Components (TAEC) has
announced the addition
of the SSM3K37 series of Nch Standard MOSFETs for mobile devices.

 

Consisting of the SSM3K37MFV, SSM3K37FS, SSM3K37CT,
SSM6N37FU, SSM6N37FE, and SSM6N37CTD, this new generation of SSM3K16 series for
standard switches is designed for mobile devices addressing power consumption
issues and physical size restrictions that are important in the design of
mobile devices.
