HCL introduces U1 Advantage support and service infrastructure for ME U1 tablet

Telecom Lead India: HCL Infosystems announced that its ME
U1 Tablet will receive the support of a robust support infrastructure called U1
Advantage.

 

Under this support service user will get immediately
connected to the support system by one touch pre loaded button (HCL Touch) on
the tablet.

 

The U1 priced at an attractive Rs 7,999 is a trendy and
stylish device, powered by latest Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS
4.0.3 OS and designed specially to suit the needs of the Indian
consumer.

 

Support services for devices like the tablet have always
been an issue with Indian customers. With our widespread and robust
infrastructure framework and unique features like the HCL Touch button, the
customer can gain anytime access to our support personnel to trouble shoot
problems. With the Tablet market now maturing it’s expected that a range of

Recently HCL
launched its HCL MyEdu Tab along with HCL ME U1. While the U1 will suit the
needs of the Indian consumer, the MyEduTab tablet is targeted at the needs of
Learners across schools and higher education institutions. The U1 will be
available in stores across the country from April 2012 onwards.
