Samsung Electronics has launched its Galaxy Tab730 in the
Indian market.
The Galaxy tab 730 priced at Rs 34,610 is available
across leading Samsung retail outlets in the country.
Implemented on the Android 3.1 (Honeycomb) platform, the
16GB Galaxy Tab730 is suitable for modern professionals, who need to
stay productive and entertained while travelling and want to have a gadget that
suits their lifestyle.
The Galaxy Tab730 makes it easy for business content such
as presentations while the TouchWiz interface allows intuitive user experience.
Designed with a Live Panel menu, the TouchWiz interface
allows personalized display of content on the home screen such as digital
pictures, favorite web sites and social network feeds.

The Galaxy Tab730 supports connectivity via USB, Wi-Fi,
HSPA+ (21Mbps) and Bluetooth 3.0 to deliver fast seamless mobile downloads and
reduce data transfer times. It also packs in an Nvidia Tegra 1GHz dual core
processor for a faster multimedia and web browsing experience and a 3-megapixel
camera on the back and a 2-megapixel on the front for video calling.
The Galaxy Tab 730 is pre-loaded with Readers Hub giving
consumers instant access to more than 2.2 million books, 2,000 newspaper (49
languages) and 2,300 magazines (22 languages). It also comes pre-loaded with My
Reader that gives Indian consumers access to 17 Indian newspapers, 17 Indian
Magazines and 30,000 Indian language books.
The Mobile TV application on this device gives consumers
access to 55 Indian television channels. The device is also designed with
Samsung’s Social Hub, which aggregates email, instant messaging, contacts,
calendar and social network connections into a single interface.
The Galaxy Tab730 joins the original 7-inch Galaxy Tab
and Galaxy Tab 750 to provide consumers with an unmatched array of choices to
select the Samsung tablet that best fits their needs.
