Nokia on Thursday announced a charging configurator microservice for its existing Nokia Converged Charging (NCC) monetization solution.
Nokia’s charging solution utilizes an intuitive business user interface with drag and drop functionality and natural language statements to create new pricing and market offers, without the need for any coding.

With pre-integrated and flexible charging rules, the enhanced NCC solution allows CSPs to keep up with evolving customer needs to monetize any service that can be measured, such as network slices and enterprise and consumer IoT offerings, which in turn unlocks new revenue streams for operators.

Nokia’s charging solutions support leading CSPs and over 1 billion subscribers across the globe. Nokia’s enhanced charging solution will be deployed to existing NCC customers, including Sunrise, Taiwan Star Telecom and several global tier one CSPs, in October.
