Alepo AAA Infrastructure solution will enable Orange Mali to ensure zero downtime and no service interruption for Orange Mali’s subscribers. This apart, Alepo’s AAA solution has assisted Orange Mali to create and deliver differentiated services to boost customer experience.

Orange Mali can also bring broadband services and revenue opportunities to market faster without adding network complexity. In addition, the IT platform offers multi-access network support that has helped Orange Mali reduce Opex and total cost of ownership (TCO).

Alepo also deployed its CRM platform, Service Enabler, which is integrated with Orange Mali’s in-house CRM.

“When we started this upgrade project, our objective was to improve the customer experience, reduce operational costs, and ensure there is no downtime of the system,” said Aristide Sanon, CTO of Orange Mali.
