MTS expands high speed data coverage in Kerala

Sistema Shyam TeleServices (MTS India) has
launched its high-speed mobile broadband service, MBlaze in ten towns including
Mahe, Peringanur, Neyyattinkara, Ambalappuzha, Aroor, Mannarkkad,
Irinjalakkuda, Edappal, Taliparamba, Payyannur. 

 

With
the addition of ten towns, the current MBlaze footprint has now reached 50
towns across the state. Presently, the operator has over 15 million wireless
customers.

 

We
are immensely proud to expand the MBlaze network to ten more towns extending
our reach to 50 towns across Kerala circle. This expansion is in sync with our
endeavor to make MBlaze, our high speed mobile broadband service available to
maximum number of customers in the shortest possible time,” said Vijay Kumar
TV, Head-Operations, Kerala, MTS India.

 

MTS
has also introduced a daily usage plan, providing unlimited data usage for
one day for just Rs 96. Customers can enjoy unlimited data usage with 30 day
validity with Unlimited MBlazer packs starting at just Rs 798.

 

The
operator has tied up with Hewlett Packard (HP), now a customer purchasing an HP
laptop will get an MBlaze device for just Rs 699. Additionally, the customers
can enjoy data usage of 3GB at just Rs 444 per month for lifetime.

 

MTS
is also offering its live TV services and VoD (video on demand). Customers can
enjoy MTS TV by using MBlaze dongles and HSD (High Speed Data) compatible
handsets.

 

MTS
provides High Speed Mobile Broadband services in over 200 Indian cities
including the top five metros. The company is rapidly expanding its high speed
data (HSD) network and currently addresses over 92 percent of data potential
across India.

 

MTS recently announced its new tariff plan at 1 paisa per minute from MTS to
MTS for its pre-paid voice customers across North Bengal and Sikkim region.
