Research firm IDC has released the India Ethernet switch market report showing the leaders in Q2 2018.

The main Ethernet switch suppliers are Cisco, HPE, Huawei, Juniper Networks and Extreme during the second quarter of 2018.

Ethernet switch market in India increased 1.2 percent to $137.2 million — driven by Application delivery Controller (ADC) and Layer 3 category.

Government investment in public infrastructure upgrades and enterprise spending in telecom and banking segments as part of the digitization initiatives are expected to drive growth in the coming quarters, said an IDC report.
