The mobile broadband major has enhanced services for Heterogeneous Networks (HetNets) to include customer experience management capabilities to analyze traffic hotspots and ensure backhaul capacity.

Nokia Siemens Networks’ Flexi Zone supports up to 100 access points per hot zone while operating as a single base station from the network’s point of view.
