Videocon d2h Crosses 3 mn Subscriber Mark

Videocon d2h today announced that it has crossed 3 mn subscriber
mark.
Videocon d2h, one of the fastest growing DTH service providers has created its
niche through its innovative technology, and large dealer network in urban and
rural areas across the country. The company aims to cross the 4 mn mark by
August 2011.

 

Remarking
on the achievement, Saurabh Dhoot, director Videocon Group said, We have

channels & services; they provide a very strong regional content for their
specific audiences along with all the sports channels on board. Videocon d2h
has also added new Channels on their platform which is: DD Kashir and Prarthana
(Odiya Devotional Channel). The customers can watch their favorite channels in
HD format by subscribing to its HD channels.

launched on Videocon d2h are Baby TV, Spacetoon, Movies Now, FX, Fox Crime, Big
CBS Prime, Discovery Science, Discovery Turbo, NGC Wild, NGC Adventure and NGC
Music.

 

Videocon
d2h uses the revolutionary MPEG – 4 DVBS -2 technologies.Some of its unique
features include Multiple Tickers, 12 PIP Mosaic, 22 Active Music Audio Video
Channels, d2h movies. It carries the highest number of sports channels, leading
