Akvelon releases CRM Tracker for Android

Akvelon, a provider of Dynamics CRM add-ins Akvelon
Global Search and Akvelon Global Preview, released their latest CRM enhancement
tool, CRM Tracker for Android, an app to allow users to synchronize their
mobile phone calls with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The new app is a potentially valuable tool for sales
people using their Android phones as their main line.

Akvelon CRM Tracker for Android is a slick app – it
includes tools to automatically track calls as Tasks in Dynamics CRM, attach
calls to records, add Voice Notes, and even track calls offline.

Users can create rules to enable or disable call tracking
for specific contacts, or add calls later from their call log. The application
does not require any changes to Dynamics CRM and will work with CRM 4.0, CRM
2011, and CRM Online.

Akvelon, a market leader in mobile applications and
developer of the popular CRM add-in Global Search, drew on its unique expertise
to create the application.

“Sales people are mobile – many of them use their
cell phone as their main phone. They need a way to track calls in CRM when
stopping to open their laptops isn’t an option. We created Akvelon CRM Tracker
for Android to meet that demand,” said Akvelon CEO Sergei Dreizin.

Akvelon CRM Tracker for Android is extremely easy to use
– calls can be tracked with a single click. Consistently tracking client
interactions in MS Dynamics CRM increases the transparency of sales activities
in the field.

Akvelon CRM Tracker is the final tool necessary to
effortlessly close the gap between business conducted via cell phone and the
corporate CRM. Busy sales teams are more likely to sign on if recording data is
as easy as pushing a button.

Recently, Akvelon, was honored as one of the
Fastest-Growing Private Companies in the Bellevue-Redmond-Kirkland IT triangle
at an awards dinner hosted by the Puget Sound Business Journal at the Golf Club
at Newcastle on July 21st, 2011.
