Telecom Lead America: OSS-BSS company IDI Billing Solutions (IDI) has launched a Web-based application for service providers to simplify the quoting and order entry process.
IDI’s SalesCentral enables carriers to create customized quotes for complex services including MPLS, Ethernet, SIP Trunks, PRI, T1 and VoIP, and then convert those quotes to orders in IDI’s CostGuard B/OSS solution.
As SalesCentral is integrated with CostGuard, the application eliminates the need for telecom service providers to use third-party quoting systems. IDI Billing is a developer of telecommunications billing, rating, order management, workflow, customer management and sales solutions.
Moreover, SalesCentral leverages a flexible Pricing Matrix and the CostGuard Product Catalog to assemble quotes for business-to-business telecommunication sales that include complex services, multiple locations and multiple cost structures.
IDI Billing claims that SalesCentral generates sales documentation for customer signature, manages forecasting data, and features a reporting dashboard that graphically displays revenue numbers, quote activity and product distribution. As a Web application, SalesCentral can be deployed in minutes and is compatible with mobile and tablet devices.
