Matrix Comsec and Polycom Network Technology have successfully completed interoperability testing between Matrix IP-PBX and Polycom IP Phones.

The interoperability testing area included basic call management features, advanced enterprise grade features and complete feature transparency between IP-PBX and IP-Phones”,  said Sajeev Nair, Manager-Product Management for Matrix. 

Matrix IP-PBX  is an integrated communication solution for small businesses and large enterprises encompassing advance features of SIP Proxy, Registrar and Presence server, offering universal connectivity through PSTN, GSM, ISDN and IP networks. Polycom IP-Phones  support SIP standard and are equipped with efficient voice chipset and voice engine, to offer better quality and high definition voice. Polycom IP-Phones embed rich features, security protocols and support for range of voice codecs.
