Orange provides contact center solution to DiaSorin in Italy

Telecom Lead Europe: Orange Business Services, a
communications solutions integrator has inked a 3-year contract with DiaSorin,
a global healthcare provider to provide support for DiaSorin’s ailing contact
center solution.

 

Under the terms of contract, Italy-based DiaSorin will
get call collection coverage in 28 countries provided by Orange Business
Services.

 

The Contact Center Access deal with enable customer
support calls to be routed and processed more rapidly.

 

Instead of struggling with a pieced-together call center
solution, DiaSorin is using Orange Business Services to provide a global,
end-to-end managed service, eliminating the need for multiple inbound voice
service providers and plugging the holes in our existing call center coverage,”
said Ferdinando Peretto, CIO, DiaSorin Group.

 

Orange Business Services is creating a centralized call
center in Italy that will reduce customer wait times and enable customers to
contact DiaSorin regardless of the customer’s geographic location.

Orange Business Services and Sorin Group launch remote
monitoring solution in Europe

 

Recently, Sorin Group and Orange Business Services
launched a remote monitoring solution called SMARTVIEW.

 

SMARTVIEW is made for patients with implanted cardiac
rhythm management (CRM) devices in several countries in Europe.
