Telecom Lead America: Roamware, a provider of mobile
operator service solutions, is set to buy ADECEF, a mobile operator test
solutions company from Argentina.
ADECEF has deployed its QoS, fraud detection and revenue
assurance in 320 networks and 85 countries.
ADECEF’s QoS solution RoamFix enables mobile operators to
test QoS in real time in inter-operator environments before deploying the
service. ADECEF combines a global footprint of probes and handsets to achieve
this.
