Incorporated to automate and centralize workforce business processes
for its 12,000 employees.
The Times Group selected the time and attendance,
employee scheduling, and absence management solutions from Kronos to
help control labor costs, minimize compliance risk, and improve workforce
productivity.
Real-time visibility into workforce data through
completely integrated time management, absence management and employee
scheduling will provide The Times Group with more control over decisions and
enable pre-emptive action, enabling better utilization of resources.
