Aircel deploys Elitecore NetVertex PCRF to better customer experience

Elitecore Technologies today said Indian telecom service provider Aircel has deployed NetVertex PCRF to better customer experience with service differentiation.

The carrier grade architecture based on 3GPP standards will enable Aircel to strengthen revenue creation and enhance scalability, eliminating network outage with geo redundancy and reduced turnaround time for resolution of issues.

In December 2013, Aircel said the company will work towards upgrading its infrastructure and adopt newer technologies to offer high end experience to its users. Aircel will also be working with various mobile phone makers to create products which enhance customer experience.

Aircel Elitecore deal

Elitecore Netvertex PCRF scored high in tests conducted by Aircel, a Maxis joint venture, to evaluate global policy control vendors, said Elitecore Technologies, a provider of integrated policy, charging and revenue management solutions.
