MTV Slate, a 3G calling tablet, from MTV and Swipe Telecom, will be priced at Rs 14,999.
The 7.85-inch 3G calling tablet is powered by an A7 1.2 GHz quad core processor.
The new tablet runs on the latest Android 4.2.2 version.
Online portals such as Flipkart, Snapdeal, Infibeam, Homeshop 18 and eBay are offering a free business cover worth Rs 2500, Swipe Telecom said on Wednesday.
MTV Slate 3G calling tablet features 5MP rear camera and 0.3 MP front camera for video calling.
MTV Slate sports a 3200 mAh battery; 1 GB RAM; and 8 GB memory that can be expanded up to 32 GB via micro SD card.
