Telecom revenue intelligence solutions firm cVidya achieves 25% revenue growth in 2011

Revenue Intelligence solutions, has achieved 25 percent growth in revenues and
20 percent increase in sales compared to 2010.

 

Claiming the acquisition of ECtel in January 2010 as the
major catalyst of growth, the company said that it has shown a consistent
increase in its global customer base.

 

In addition, cVidya extended its offering to include
Analytics and Sales Performance Management beyond its traditional Revenue
Assurance and Fraud Management solutions.

 

2011 was a fantastic year for cVidya. cVidya has kept
growing and continues to stay ahead of the market by extending its offering and
entering new markets. While we have seen a slowdown in our marketplace, cVidya
has kept driving and continues to stay ahead of the market. We continue to look
forward into 2012 and foresee more positive improvement and progress,” said
Alon Aginsky, CEO and president of cVidya.

 

Last year, cVidya launched ProactiV within Revenue
Assurance and Fraud Management, which has been deployed at several operators in
North America, Europe and APAC.

 

Furthermore, the company introduced its data retention
solution, DRMap, jointly with Oracle Exadata , which ensures CSPs are compliant
with EU Regulations to support the growing threats of terrorism faced by
governmental bodies.

 

During 2011, cVidya also introduced its cloud offering
and already deployed its FraudView/Cloud solution at leading providers such as
Alaska Telecom. The company also deployed its Sales Performance Management
Solution which enables CSPs to monitor and control all operational aspects
of their sales force through data analysis and predefined reporting
tools.

 

The company added that it added 26 new customers,
including some tier-1 CSPs in Europe, Africa and the US in 2011.

 

Recently, cVidya Networks selected by 4 tier-1 Western European customers during Q1 to implement
their MoneyMap Revenue Assurance solution.
