Bharti Airtel, India’s number one telecom operator based on revenue, announced the launch of #AirtelThanks digital program to reward its customers.
#AirtelThanks offers additional benefits to all Airtel phone customers who commit a monthly ARPU of INR 100.
Access to premium digital content, offers on smartphones and online shopping vouchers are some of the benefits under #AirtelThanks. Airtel will be offering more rewards to customers with high ARPU.
The strategy of Airtel is to retain customers with rewards and encourage them to spend more on phone calls and data plans to receive more rewards.
#AirtelThanks customers will also get better customer care for service and network related issues to add to their experience.
All these benefits will be digitally delivered through MyAirtel App, Airtel TV, and Wynk Music. Customers will receive regular offer updates round the year under the newly created #AirtelThanks section on MyAirtel App and Airtel TV.
“#AirtelThanks is our biggest initiative to celebrate our relationships with mobile customers by making them feel extra special,” said Vani Venkatesh, chief marketing officer of Bharti Airtel.
Netflix
Airtel mobile customers on Infinity post-paid plans of INR 499 and above will get 3 months Netflix subscription gift worth INR 1500. Existing Netflix subscribers will receive a credit of INR 1500 in their Netflix account on Airtel TV app or MyAirtel app.
ZEE5
All Airtel pre-paid and post-paid customers with monthly ARPU commitment of INR 199 and above will get free access to ZEE5 content including original series and movies via Airtel TV app.
“Customers can look forward to discovering all the premium content they need right here on Airtel TV and Wynk Music and that too at no extra cost,” Sameer Batra, CEO – Content & Apps, Bharti Airtel said.
Airtel pre-paid customers will get special benefits of up to INR 4500 plus 100 GB bonus data on all Flipkart exclusive smartphones as part of #AirtelThanks program. The offer will be available to customers who have or will recharge with unlimited bundled pack of INR 199, INR 249 or INR 448.
Airtel will also announce #AirtelThanks benefits for its V-Fiber Home Broadband customers across India.
