which will ensure a smooth transition period,” said Ahmet Ozalp.
“For the last three years, we have focused
on innovation and created a very exciting set of news products in areas such as
location based services, mobile social networking and mobile marketing. We also
adopted new business and pricing models that positioned us as an even stronger
partner to mobile operators in a wide range of geographies including India,

growth,” Ozlap added.
“We have an excellent team, a large and
distinguished group of customers and a very attractive portfolio of
ground-breaking products. I already see our investment in innovation and
R&D in the last few years starting to pay off in terms of early customer
interest and feedback. We are looking forward to publicly announcing several
new products and services in the upcoming Mobile World Congress during February
27-March 1, 2012. This next phase will be very rewarding for Telenity and its
